- enable JWT for team to join with MOD access whenever Guest can join early and get mod, we still need a way to get it and JWT can be give it directly - use latest stable to pull for new images - some audio config enhancements - disable turning off screen to save bandwidth (no i want to see screen at any cost)

Added updated docker compose file and env file
New info on caddy file browser and etherpad config
Most of the docker compose if almost default from official docker setup (just copied from server)
Most important is .env changes and some additions to compose file to mount volume for persist storage
